- We can only see 7 ingredients which make up the Orexis formulation, L-arginine an amino acid used in many male enhancement products is not present.

- There is controversy about an Alkaloid used in Orexis called Yohimbe - which according to wikipedia can cause a dangerous rise in blood pressure, anxiety and other side effects.
